New Cole Center in Bend will include Multiple Buildings and Diverse Services.

GGL Architecture, LLC of Bend and LRS Architects, Inc. of Portland have teamed up to design the new Cole Center, located on Mt. Bachelor Drive, between Reed Market Road and Century Drive, in Bend. The project includes: a 4,000 SF stand-alone restaurant, a 14,000 SF two-story bank/office building, 10,000 SF of ground-floor retail, a 30,000 SF two-story retail/office building, and a 60,000 SF condominium pad, and an 18,000 SF underground garage.

The project team includes: Mike Gorman of GGL and Paul Frank of LRS as Principals-in-Charge, and Jim Landin of GGL and Greg Mitchell of LRS as the lead designers.

Consultants include: structural engineers, Nishkian Dean Structural Engineering, mechanical and electrical engineers, R&W Engineering, civil engineers, ACM Engineering, and landscape architects, Drake Design Group. Sunwest Builders is the general contractor.

Construction is scheduled to begin May 2008 and completed Summer 2009.
