GGL Architecture, LLC has submitted permit drawings to the City of Redmond for Diamond Built Homes new 12,000 SF office building. The two-story Class A building will be located in Redmond's Airport Business Park. Sustainable features include insulated concrete form wall and steel structure, CMU block, metal panels and steel sun screens.

The design team includes Mike Gorman, Elisa Pittner and James Taylor, with Walker Structural Engineer, R & W Engineering and HWA for civil engineering.

Construction is scheduled to begin October 2006.
