Construction documents have begun at GGL Architecture, LLC, for the new Discovery Park Lodge, an affordable senior living development. Numerous sources, including the State and City, recently awarded the developer, Pacific Crest Affordable Housing, to create their most recent project, after recently completing Mountain Laurel Lodge.

Located in Northwest Crossing, adjacent to the future Discovery Park and near Summit High School, the three-story lodge will consist of 53 units, community areas and underground parking, totaling 78,000 square feet.
The design is reminiscent of the Great Lodges of the U.S. National Parks.

GGL's design team includes Jim Landin, David McAfee and Lee Georgeton. Construction is scheduled to begin April 2008.
