GGL Architecture, LLC is currently designing the Broadway Condominiums to be located at the corner of NW Broadway Street and Idaho Avenue, adjacent to the downtown Bend area. There will be a total of 14, one- and two-bedroom units, with one or more full baths, walk-in closets and spacious kitchens. The building will have secured parking below the living space, storage units for each residential unit and elevator access.

Plans also include preserving several mature trees on the site and landscaping with native plants to preserve water usage, provide privacy and enhance the neighborhood's character. The façade includes brick, stone and metal panel with metal trellis to shade the interior spaces. Patios, roof terraces and balconies are being incorporated in the design for residents to enjoy their connection with the great outdoors.
