GGL Architecture has been retained to design the new Prudential High Desert Realty Building located at the corner of NE Greenwood Avenue and First Street in Bend.

The 6,000 SF two-story office building will present an illuminated corner tower. Built with ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) walls, the exterior will feature a stone base and stucco for its facade. The interior will include a 27-foot high lobby with a full-height stone fireplace and exposed wood columns. Construction begins June 2006.

Project team includes: Mike Gorman, Project Manager, Walker Structural Engineering and R&W Engineering.
