GGL Architecture, LLC has been retained to design Vision Plaza, located at the corner of SW Columbia Avenue and SW Emkay Drive. The project is a 30,000 SF office building on two levels that will offer amenities consistent with emerging trends in office workspace, namely creature comforts. When complete, the building will include underground parking, operable windows, a roof deck, and views of the best Bend have to offer - the river, the mountains and the Old Mill area.

The character of the building also has its eye on the future. It will be subtly modern and slightly urban while remaining consistent with current Bend architectural styles. The design team includes Jim Landin, Mike Gorman, Elisa Pittner and Luis Carrillo. HSW Builders is the general contractor.
