The MK-GGL Building was designed to be highly sustainable and energy efficient.

Structural amenities include: high open ceilings, an elevator, a steel/concrete floor system and steel structure, split-face concrete masonry units, metal wall panels and a metal roof.
Sustainable features include: an energy-efficient HVAC system, Arxx insulated concrete forms, abundant daylighting, high-efficient glazing, operable windows, energy-efficient T5 HO indirect lights, use of low VOC materials, on-site storm water detention and native plants and trees.

The building serves as an example to clients of utilizing different techniques and options on materials--first cost versus lifecycle cost. Amenities and features will educate our clients and provide them creative ideas.

GGL occupies the second floor with flexible space leased on the first floor.
